MOODULAR — GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZER
This giveaway (the "Promotion") is organized by MOODULAR WEAR SYSTEM™ ("we", "us", "MOODULAR WEAR SYSTEM™"), registered at Avenida Juan Antonio Samaranch, 55, 28055, Madrid, Spain. The Promotion runs on the Instagram account @moodular.store.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry is completely free.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who:
- are 18 years or older (or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian if required in their country);
- reside in one of the following regions we ship to: all of Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, United Arab Emirates;
- have a public Instagram account and comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.
Employees of MOODULAR WEAR SYSTEM™ and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, comment on the official giveaway post on @moodular.store with:
- your first name,
- your country,
- and a phrase indicating you want to participate (e.g. "I'm in").
One valid comment = one entry. You may tag friends, but only comments containing your name and country count as valid entries.
5. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open on 4th July 15:00 and close on 9th July 15:00, [TIME ZONE:23:59 CEST]. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
6. PRIZE
Eight (8) winners will each receive one (1) MOODULAR MOODBOX, consisting of:
- 1 base (t-shirt, in white or black — winner's choice);
- 1 maxi patch (winner's choice);
- 3 mini patches (winner's choice);
- 1 add-on (winner's choice).
Winners select their items from currently available designs, arranged together with us after selection. Approximate retail value per box: 127-135 euros. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. NUMBER OF WINNERS
There will be eight (8) winners in total: four (4) identifying as male and four (4) identifying as female.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries (see section 4) that meet the eligibility criteria (see section 3). The draw will take place on 9th July. The selection is final.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted only via the official @moodular.store account (by comment reply and/or direct message) within 1 day of the draw. We will never ask for payment or card details. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
10. WINNER OBLIGATIONS
By accepting the prize, each winner agrees to create and publicly post one (1) Instagram Reel or Story showing how they wear their MOODBOX, together with their honest opinion of the product, and to tag @moodular.store. This is a condition of receiving the prize.
11. SHIPPING
We cover the cost of the product, worldwide shipping, and any applicable customs duties or import fees. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
12. CONTENT RIGHTS
By entering and/or accepting a prize, participants grant MOODULAR the right to repost, share, and use their submitted content and comments across MOODULAR's channels (including Instagram, website, and marketing) without additional compensation.
13. PRIVACY
Personal data collected (name, country, and — for winners — shipping address) is used solely to administer this Promotion and deliver prizes. Data is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and is not sold to third parties.
14. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
15. GENERAL
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, tampers with the entry process, or acts in bad faith. By entering, participants accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
