Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MOODULAR WEAR SYSTEM™ pieces. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in the same condition as received
  • with original tags attached
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odours, or any alteration.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • items not in original condition or packaging
  • items returned without prior approval
  • gift cards

THE MOODS & THE ADDS

Patches, charms, velcro add-ons and similar accessories are considered collectible components.

Due to their nature:

  • opened, used, applied, or handled patches and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange
  • only unused and unopened items in original packaging may be considered for return where required by law

European Union & United Kingdom – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, items must meet standard return conditions (unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging).

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Important Notes

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or worn items
  • washed items
  • opened or used patches/accessories
  • items not in original condition
  • items returned without prior approval
