OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at MOODULAR WEAR SYSTEM™

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if significant delays occur.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Spain & EU: 2–7 business days
  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order size.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on the website.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders (outside the EU), customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers
  • customs processing
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • events outside our control

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. We will support you where possible, but cannot guarantee replacement in cases of confirmed delivery.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@moodular.store. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Moodular is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


RETURNS & SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
